It is completely normal to feel overwhelmed by the situation. Psychological stress and anxiety have increased among the general population, especially with the decrease in social interactions with family and friends. 

It can be especially difficult to meet your own personal health and wellness needs as well as the needs of those around you.  Many people have had to adjust their lifestyle to work from home, take care of family and modify the way they exercise. 

Fortunately, making an effort for your community and staying healthy are not necessarily opposites. 

By taking care of yourself and ensuring you stay healthy, you actually help in relieving the potential strain imposed on the healthcare system. And you’re encouraging others in doing the same by being an example.

Since March, we have adapted our physiotherapy practice to the new realities of the pandemic. Throughout all of these changes, you have always remained the center of our focus. Our mission since founding the clinic is, and will continue to be, to provide you with high quality physiotherapy so you can continue your favorite activities. 

For this reason, we are offering free teleconsultations with our physiotherapists. Based on your situation, we will provide you with advice and recommendations that best suit your needs.  

Of course, the clinic remains open for in-person consultations while respecting sanitization and distancing protocols as imposed by the provincial government.
