As the year begins, we reflect and think back upon the past year. This allows us to plan our resolutions for the new year, allowing us to start the year off on the right foot.
As you set your priorities for 2021, we invite you to establish concrete means to achieve them. Take the time to think of the reasons behind why these goals are so important to you! You will be much more successful, if you take a little more time planning your goals!

Here are a few tips to get you going in 2021:
- Start gradually, especially if you are starting a new activity or starting an activity that you haven’t done for several weeks. Start with shorter periods of activity and gradually increase the duration and intensity of your effort.
- High frequency, but low intensity! Practicing activities regularly, without overdoing it, is ideal. Your body adapts more easily and you reduce the risk of injury.
- Gear up and dress appropriately for the hobbies you want to undertake! You will have much more fun!
