Our administrative team is in charge of assuring you receive a simple confirmation email and an SMS the day before your appointment, as well as a phone call from one of our team members. We will remind you of the time and the name of your physiotherapist. We will also be available to answer any last-minute questions that you may have regarding your next appointment.
Want to confirm your appointment by email? Nothing’s easier! Simply click on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email and you will be redirected to a new browser window. You will be able to see the information relative to your appointment and a confirmation button. Click again on the confirmation button and a green check mark will let you know that we have received your confirmation.
